I have some exciting news to share with you, including pictures and progress updates of our newest office space that we just moved into. As our team grew, so did our need for a larger office. This expansion benefits our customers in every way possible, from pre-sales experience, all the way to the actual customer experience and support. We’re continuing to grow our team, and scale our business.
We feel very fortunate to have achieved so much in the last year and we owe our gratitude to our valued customers like yourself. We sincerely appreciate you, Thank You!
Here’s an overview what we’ve accomplished since early 2020 to now:
- Jan 2020: Launched our Looking Glass for our various datacenter locations
- Jan 2020: Launched our Montreal datacenter location (for bare metal, colocation, private cloud)
- Jan 2020: Launched our Dallas datacenter location (for bare metal, colocation, private cloud)
- Jan 2020: RackNerd launches its affiliate program, providing great incentive for those who promote our services

- June 2021: We announced that we were moving to newer, and expanded office spaces in Rancho Cucamonga in order to better keep up with our growth and increased staff count
- June 2021: Construction for our new office space in Rancho Cucamonga officially begun
- July 2021: Introduced our Rocky Linux OS template available to deploy within SolusVM
- Aug 2021: Introduced our Debian 11 OS template available to deploy within SolusVM
- Aug 2021: Introduced our new Frankfurt, Germany datacenter
- Aug 2021: Launched our shared and reseller hosting product line to Frankfurt, Germany
- Aug 2021: RackNerd’s CEO was interviewed by HostAdvice. See the interview here
- Aug 2021: RackNerd’s CEO, in addition to RackNerd’s VP of Sales was interviewed by Kathy Ireland and will be featured on TV (Fox Business/Bloomberg) — see here for pictures. What a truly amazing opportunity!
- NEW OFFICE! Aug 2021: We officially moved into our new office space in Rancho Cucamonga (pictures below)
- Throughout all these accomplishments, we’ve managed to obtain, and maintain solid relationships with our customers, and have earned a significant amount of positive feedback throughout the process.
What’s next for us:
- Yesterday, we expanded our shared and reseller hosting services to our new Frankfurt, Germany datacenter location. For those interested in ordering shared/reseller hosting in this location, you will see a location selection in the ordering form.
- We are currently reviewing site builder software options to add for our shared hosting features
- We plan on expanding our shared/reseller hosting product line to the Asia region (Singapore)
- Continuing on expansion, we’re also considering the following locations: France, an east coast location such as Miami, and possibly New Zealand. If there’s a particular location you want to see us expand to, just let us know – we are open to suggestions!
- We will be launching our AMD Ryzen VPS product line to additional locations, including Amsterdam and Atlanta
- Other additional datacenter locations are being actively reviewed for consideration for our KVM VPS product line
- Soon to be announced, a game changing value added product that is going to benefit our resellers and integrators (we will share more on this very soon!)
